A devastating force is rising through the ranks of Australian metal......INTERNAL NIGHTMARE!!

Formed in 2007 out of a love of extreme music, heavy grooves and most importantly great songwriting and structure, the band has been building a solid reputation since its inception. With a nod to the past, aswell as a vision for the future, INTERNAL NIGHTMARE are poised for success now more than ever.

Despite a number of lineup changes since 2007, the band has never let any adversity get in the way of making their mark on the heavy music scene. With their highly anticipated EP 'Segregation' released in June 2010 to a packed crowd at the East Brunswick Club, IN are currently writing material for their debut album.
