Guitarist/composer/arranger/producer/performer, Tori Ruffin has a twenty-five-year professional career in the music industry. He has worked with some of the most acclaimed industry professionals and Grammy Award Winners, including Prince,rave unto the year 2000 las vegas 1999 Michael Jackson, Mariah Carey, Mick Jagger, Lenny Kravitz, American Idol’s Randy Jackson, and Flyte Tyme’s Terry Lewis & Jimmy Jam. As a live performer, he has performed at some of the nation’s major music festivals including the Essence Music Festival and the Coachella Valley Music & Arts Annual Festival, and toured numerous venues worldwide. His credits also include numerous movie sound tracks, concert specials and television shows. Among the late night shows he has performed on include NBC’s The Tonight Show with Jay Leno, CBS’s Late Show with David Letterman, and the Arsenio Hall Show.

From 1999 thru 2000 he served as a staff composer Universal Music Publishing – Rondor Music. Additionally, he has publishing and production credits with Capital Records and EMI Warner. He is currently producing & managing teen band, Bruce Flea, who are being considered by Octagon Entertainment Management, Capitol Records and Warner Brothers. He has also served as guitarist for the critically acclaimed band Fishbone and is the lead guitarist for Morris Day and the Time from the movie Purple Rain. He has performed on several “Gold” and “Platinum” albums, and his work as a session guitarist has earned him an exceptional reputation among industry peers and professionals.
