Reviews

A good guitar but has its flaws.

This is a good solid guitar from Schecter. However I do have some gripes about it. The main one being the volume knob is way too close to the high e string. The volume knob is also very loose so the slightest touch can lower it and screw up your tone and sound. Also, the input Jack is very flimsy. It was loose right out of the box. I like the apocalypse pick ups they are really high output and sound great playing metal. One other thing I notice is my A string has a metallic sound when I palm mute. It’s sounds horrible and I almost have to avoid it altogether.

I do not drink monster and punch drywall

wouldnt let me do 5 stars?.. Rude. Lol This guitar is a chug monster. I could give it a crappy tone and it still chug harder than most. These Apocalypse pickups are REAL bright and bite harder than every Schecter I've owned thus far. My only complaint is the volume knob is WAY too close to the strings. (Aggressive player) Had to take the cover off. But that doesnt bother me. I have pride in rugged looking guitars. I'm brand loyal and have been for 15 years now. My first Schecter was a Blackjack 6 string that still HOLDS up today! Moved from a Omen 6 to a Blackhawk to a Reaper 7 to a Damien 7 to a C6 Platinum to now.. my Apocalypse!! I love you, Schecter. Never stop making guitars!! ❤️
