Return & Exchange Policy
- All returns and exchanges must be made within 30 days from the ship date.
- All returns need to be made within 30 days of the original ship date.
- The item you are returning must be in new condition and show no signs of play for you to receive a refund
- Items returned within the return period in used condition or showing signs of play are subject to a 15% restocking fee
- Shipping charges fall to the responsibility of the customer for returning unwanted items.
- Customers MUST obtain an RMA number from Schecter Guitars before returning any item. Please email tech@schecterguitars.com to receive an RMA number and for all return related inquiries
- If you ordered clothing and are unhappy with the size or design - you can exchange it for another size provided the item has not been washed, worn, and is in re-sellable condition.
- If you received the wrong item or the item was defective or damaged, you will incur no additional shipping charges.
