sounds great, servicing is atrocious

sounds great, but these knobs get really loose and it's damn near impossible to fix it. i didn't get any kind of tool included to service anything on this guitar, and it's become a nightmare. why couldn't these knobs be fastened with friction like literally every other guitar i have ever owned?
