The USA Custom Shop is still at the heart of that tradition. Proudly based in Southern California, it’s where our most skilled luthiers design and create each instrument from start to finish. We work in small batches, selecting only the finest components, and meticulously assembling each instrument. Fifty years of relentless innovation, passion, and precision come to life in the Schecter USA Custom Shop 50th Anniversary guitar, a limited-edition masterpiece handcrafted to honor our rich heritage while pushing the boundaries of tone and performance.

The ultra-light swamp ash body is crowned with a show-stopping 5A quilted maple top, bisected by a striking walnut center accent — a visual and tonal centerpiece worthy of the milestone. Its bolt-on neck, carved from master-grade roasted flamed maple, features a silky satin finish for effortless playability and lasting stability, paired with a sleek Macassar ebony fretboard for articulate attack and smooth feel.


Dialed in with a custom “C” neck profile (.825”–.865”) and a 14” radius, this instrument plays like a dream — fast, comfortable, and relentlessly precise. Jescar stainless steel frets (22) promise durability and clarity, while premium appointments like .25” brass dot inlays and Luminlay side markers blend elegance and function.

A Gotoh 510 bridge ensures rock-solid tuning and expressive control, while the HSS pickup set — featuring custom-voiced SuperRock and Monstertone Anniversary Edition pickups — delivers a stunning tonal palette from vintage sparkle to modern crunch. Coil-splitting capabilities via the push-pull tone knob and a 5-way blade switch give you dynamic flexibility onstage or in the studio.

Finished with Schecter/Hipshot staggered locking tuners and built in our Sun Valley Custom Shop, this limited-edition model is more than a guitar — it’s the culmination of five decades of sonic obsession.




A heirloom-worthy case, draped in black paisley jacquard with gold accents, plush velvet interior, leather appointments, and a proud 50th Anniversary emblem included.
