Disappointing craftsmanship

I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the Schecter Orleans Stage Acoustic guitar I purchased as a Christmas gift. As a first-time guitar buyer, I was very excited to learn and play. Unfortunately, within a month, the guitar began to make a "plink" sound and the neck was separating from the body. The guitar technician at the store informed me that the guitar's neck was warped and required a warranty repair.
I am incredibly disappointed that the guitar was of such poor quality and that I had to wait up to six months for a replacement. The guitar was not even in stock anywhere in Canada. I ultimately decided to get a refund and purchase a Yamaha guitar instead.

I hope Schecter will take this feedback seriously and improve the quality of their guitars. My first experience with guitar playing was unfortunately ruined by the cheap craftsmanship of the Schecter guitar.
