Best bass under $600
Travis
If you’re looking for a good bass under $600, honestly look no further. I spent days trying out various basses, I was on a strict budget at the time.

I tried everything in the 400-600 range and honestly nothing else came close to producing the quality of mids and lows that this one did.

It produces great sound. It looks heavier than it is. I was hesitant to even check it out because it looks 40lbs.

I tried out both the Omen and the Stiletto. I wasn’t able to notice much of a difference in sound so I went with the stiletto based solely on looks.

The black and red body looks a lot better in person, so if you think it looks rad in pictures, just wait until you get your hands on one!
BUY THIS BASS!

I have owned this bass for about a year now. It is super comfortable to play and the neck feels really good. It came setup perfectly with a nice low action without being "buzzy". If you have a limited budget this is a perfect bass that has a wide tonal range that you won't be disappointed with. Thank you Schecter for creating high quality instruments that deliver good tone without breaking the bank.
Awesome Bass!!

As an entry level bassist, I can already tell the difference between this guitar and my last (Ibenez). This guitar has a great sound. Excellent features and it's absolutely stunningly beautiful!! An accomplished bassist friend of mine encouraged me to get this bass and I am glad he did!!
